After Hailey's seeming encounter at the club with Franklin, she lost her peace. She didn't like the way she felt about it all, especially with Chase and Dawn's close relations to the man and his offspring.

As much as she knew that she totally disliked Natalie, and wouldn't even want to go close to her with a six foot pole, she needed to keep close note on her and Mr Franklin.
