" Is she going to be okay?" Chase asked the team of doctors and nurses who came for the morning round and observed a sleeping Hailey.

" She is a fighter, Mr Denver. No doubt she'll be fine. So far there's been a lot of progress." One of the doctors explained with a smile, hoping to ease of the tension on Chase's shoulders.

Chase sighed in relief, " oh thank you doc. Hopefully she wakes up early." He added, patting her hair for better measure.
