Lorenzo's POV

My breath caught, cheek burned as my hands caressed her face. Dimples of gratitude on my cheek as I cupped her face, wanting to thank her for coming back to me when she tsked and I dropped.

All the hysterical moments I had felt for a while drizzled into thin air as she burst out into laughter and that was when I saw them. Tattoos painted over her skin.

Her legs dropped over each other, her latex trouser clung to her curves as she swirled around in my desk, standing upright. ‘’I was told I looked just like your dead fiancée” her tone mocked as lilies lingered in the air.

My throat parched as I listened, wanting to hear what else she was going to say. “It is a pity that you can't act right, are you this way? Around everyone you see? Who looked like her?”
