Jarren’s POV
I laughed at her. I couldn’t help it. She shot me a look, and it made me laugh harder. She was so cute when she was trying to be mad. In one quick motion, I had her on my back. She let out a surprised shriek.
“Don’t do that,” she said, hitting me on the back. “I need a warning before you use your vampire super speed on me.”
I laughed. “Alright, hold on. There’s your warning.”
