Eleanor

The room was well decorated, I noticed and felt her body, pinching almost every part of her body. If it wasn't for the red scar that had always been on her forehead, I'd as well think it was another one of my hallucinations.

I knelt before her and squeezed her hand. "Is it you?" I whispered, shutting my eyes to allow the tears to fall. She nodded, patting my back with her other hand. Those hands I have always longed for. I always dreamt about her, always wished she was with me.

She smiled slightly, hiding the tears she was holding back. She opened her mouth to speak but she was struggling with it. I cleaned my nose with the glove and rubbed my face. "I'm getting you out of here. Now!"

"Eleanor! They're coming. We need to go." Lina whispered.

"I'm not going anywhere without my mother!" I turned back to my mother. She kept sounding like she was humming a lullaby.

"How is that your mother? Do you have any idea what you're saying?"

"shut up Lina! You can leave with your siste
