Harrison.

I checked the time for the sixteenth time, still, Eleanor wasn't back. I dropped the table clock and went downstairs.

"She's not back sir," Jay said before I even asked him. Earlier, I had asked Jay to look everywhere for her, in case she was in danger. He searched her house, her school, everywhere and she was nowhere to be found. Jay was my most trusted guard, I was sure he checked everywhere.

"Okay, perhaps you should check-"

Eleanor walked in. I ran towards her and yanked her hand. She shouted from what seemed to be a pain. I looked after it again. She looked too neat. Too neat for someone who went out for such a very long time. "Come with me," I asked and dragged her to my room.

She was slow and sluggish. That was when I knew she was hiding something. Whenever I glanced at her, she would wink and smoothen her face. When we got to my room, she stood still, like a soldier.

"where were you?" I asked her.

"I went on a trip with a friend," she said blankly. I studied her
