I heard the pack members that were fighting, but I was surprised that Artemis heard the door slamming. It had come from two floors down so I thought it was faint. It only registered to me that she heard it when she jumped and the coffee went flying. When Doc was here to help treat her burns he explained that it was probably due to the trauma she had experienced. He gave me a burn ointment and told me she would be fine by tomorrow since the burns were superficial. I was still concerned for her because she seemed to be zoned out the whole time. Arya was explaining to Tafari and I that she was waiting for Alpha Nate to show up and beat her. To say I was shocked was an understatement.
