Elaine stood behind Aaron, hiding her face the whole time, while the reporters repeatedly called out "Miss Smith," making it obvious that someone intentionally leaked the information. Otherwise, even though Aaron was famous, he wasn't a big celebrity to the point where reporters would specifically track him, let alone a large group of reporters.

Elaine wondered who would deliberately frame him, while Aaron kept a stern expression. Seeing that neither of them spoke, the reporters took advantage of the situation and approached them, trapping them in a confined space.
