After Olivia left I sat at the table for a bit and thought about the time we shared. Tuesday was a big day for me. Sue's daughter had arrived yesterday and was coming into the company building later today to meet me before the big ceremony. Kiara walked back outside while I started the fire. It was late afternoon and the sun had turned a soft pink. She had on a white summer dress with a little red flower pattern.
