Chapter Forty-Six

A Week flew by since the friends rekindled their friendship, in this week they had a lot of fun, they caught up on lost time, equally, she spent quality time with Seb and the two enjoyed each other's company though she didn't tell him that she and Skye had begun speaking again. Every time she wanted to tell him, she always decided against it.

Seb had gone out of town for a while and couldn't take Scar with him on the pretense of it not being that important because it was related to the Mafia stuff.

Skye took up this opportunity to hang out with Scar and arranged a dinner at a hotel called the Imperial Hotel. He wanted to make Scar feel special so he booked the whole restaurant, it was expensive but worth it.

Skye picked up Scar from her place after briefly talking to Natalie. He couldn't help but let his gaze linger on her, she looked truly beautiful, it sort of took his breath away just glancing at her.
