CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Aurora had been walking in a dazed state after Tremont had ordered her to return to the room when she heard a noise. She rushed towards the direction of the sound but was brought up short by the horrific sight. It was Linnet! A cry of alarm left her mouth as she ran towards the woman who was lying in a pool of blood. "Please wake up!" She tapped Linnet's chin then screamed in a louder voice. "Help! Somebody! Help!"Linnet was so still in her arms that Aurora's heart pounded with fright.
