Ah, I felt like a warrior with renewed motivation as I stretched awake the next morning.

By the time I’d returned to the maids’ quarters with my excuse of a dress, smudged lipstick and ruffled ponytail everyone was fast asleep and yet I’d still woken up before them. I think it was what I’d just discovered the evening before rush energized me.
