“What is this?” Manny asked as she raised the files. Hers and Avery's boldly written name starring back at Andrew.

They stood there unmoving. Andrew stared at Manny like a cop who had just caught a thief. Had Andrew been collecting information on her this whole time?

She got more scared at the thought of being spied on. She should have listened to Damon’s advice, leaving Andrew was the best but how was she going to do that when she was under constant watch?

Panic rose in her as she remembered what she had just read.

‘How did he even get that information?’ she thought.

It was buried years ago and her mother’s lawyer was good at his job. What was he going to do now that he had this information?
