Chapter 9 I' m Dead

AT THE LAST SEVEN DAYS, I've been settled in my new home. I never returned to the apartment where I live because I was afraid to see Rosario again.

I truly forgave her for what she had done to me. But I couldn't help but worry about the money she wasted. If Argo knows about it, we're both going to die and be placed in prison.

I breathed a sigh of relief and made myself comfortable on the couch, where I promptly fell asleep. I've finished all of my chores today, including laundry and cleaning the entire house.

Mareng wasn't here when she was supposed to pick up the laundry? So I'm the one who did it. Seeing as there was nothing else I could do here, I took a look at the wall clock and realized that it was already past three in the afternoon, so I decided to make soup the I found in the cabinet. As the soup was beginning to boil, I sung a few more songs while waiting.

Outside, I could hear a series of doorbells ringing. It wasn't time for Argo to return home, and my brow furrowed because
