Aaron's standpoint

I keyed in my work swiftly, barely feeling my fingers hit the keyboard. My eyes ran across the words printing on the screen, occasionally glancing at the phone on my desk. The phone had a very beautiful flowery case and smelt like her. It was Meredith's phone. I took it at the wedding before she unwontedly walked off and avoided me for the rest of the reception. She surprisingly didn't try to reach out to me since so I assumed she would take it back today.

I wouldn't say I haven't been tempted to invade her privacy and read anything that would confirm she is in love with anyone or read her friend's chat with her and find out if she had feelings for me. But I knew better than to invade her privacy.

My fingers froze on the keys as my ears perked. She was here. Her cologne already filled my office, fighting to overpower mine. A small smile made its way to my lips as I looked up to see what she would wear this time to make my day difficult. Though I didn't like how it
