I could tell I was not awake, at this point I had grown up to the level where I could tell if I was in a vision or not. This time, I was definitely in some sort of a vision.

It was not like the normal vision that I was used to having, this one felt a bit different, it was almost like the type I got when I got stuck in the elder forest.

For a moment, I thought that I was back there, that everything that had happened since was all an illusion generated by that heartless mist to torture me.

Me escaping it, meeting my mother, escaping the elder forest, and finally freeing Ivan from his mind, the good times that came after that, and then finally, the attack on the penthouse, I had to question all of it, did that all happen or was it just a warped version of the future shown to me by the mist?

I decided that it all did happen and indeed, I escaped the elder forest. If then, why did I have a similar type of vision?
