Jake collapsed to the ground after being struck by Darius. He got closer to him and struck him again after that, and he was about to strike again when Layla's yells came through her taped mouth.

Darius left Jake's side and approached her. He stood in front of her and gave her a pitiful expression. She deserved a hit as well for putting him through this ordeal.

Without her phone, it would have been impossible to find her, and this moron would have gotten the better of her.
