Chapter 29: Dreams

“Joshua? Joshua,” whisper Emily’s voice.

“Emily?” groaned Joshua.

“Wake up. You’re going to be late for work.”

“What?”

“You’re going to be late, so get up and take a shower. I got your breakfast ready.”

“Emily?” asked Joshua, shaking his head.

“What is it?”

“Emily… You’re-You’re still here.”

“Yes. Did you need something?”

Joshua’s breathing quickened and he grabbed her tiny waist and pulled her to him. He held her against his body and kissed her.

“Mmmph, Joshua,” groaned Emily.

“Emily, how I miss you.”

“Oh, I miss you too,” said Emily.

Joshua eagerly kissed her lips.

Beep. Beep. Beep.

Joshua’s alarm clock went off.

Joshua jerk himself awake. He woke up all sweaty. He lifted the bedsheet and found himself hard.

“Crap,” he groaned.

Beep. Beep. Beep. His alarm clock still going off.

Joshua leaned over and turned off the alarm. He groaned as he woke up from his dreams. Sighing he got up and went to take a shower. As he was showering he chuckled as he was going insane. D
