A FEW DAYS PASS

“Young Master MacClaire,” said Butler Shawn.

“What is it?”

I found out that the madam is going on a camping trip.

“Camping trip?”

“Yes.”

“Where?”

“Lake Everest.”

Joshua frowned. That’s the same mountain that Emily got lost at. He sighs and said, “Cancel all my meeting for this weekend.”

“What?”

“You heard me.”

“Very well,” said Butler Shawn, bowing down to him.

“Pack all my stuff. I need to get there before she does.”

“Ah? Why is that?”

“So she doesn’t know that I’m following her.”

“But-But, aren’t you sir?”

“I know I am, but this is the best I could do to be close to her.”

“Yes.”

“I know what you’re thinking. I know that stalking isn’t a good thing, but I just want to make sure she’s safe and doesn’t get herself into trouble.”

“Alright.”

“Knowing her she’s probably going to get lost. She’s bound to get herself somewhere else but the campsite, since she got no sense of direction.”
