Chapter 24 Ritual Failure or Fate

Atlas's brother Hoka arrived immediately after Atlas had called and was shaking Phil's hand. The guardian angel was a bit concerned about the male due to his spiked black hair and both his arms covered in nautical-themed tattoos. He also mentioned that the female that was the concern wasn't at the hotel.

"How am I to read this human if she isn't here, brother?" Hoka asked Atlas bluntly.

"Can you just reverse the spell put on her? Give her soul back to herself or something," Atlas mumbled softly, seeing Hoka frowning at him.

"It was most likely a ritual and no I cannot simply reverse it," he sighed in frustration. Phil suggested that they all return to the room so they could include Faelon in the discussion. Atlas nodded and told his brother to come along.
