Chapter 21

“Amira?” The young goddess’ ears perked up after hearing Morgan calling her. She immediately turned away from the pavilion and ran towards the direction heading to the Pond of Living.

Morgan is the only secret she has kept from her mother. She was afraid that once she learned that she was able to communicate with someone from the living realm, she would forbid her from doing it too. She doesn’t have any friends and she had no one else to talk to aside from Morgan. She didn’t know what she would do if ever she would lose her only friend.

She carefully looked around before she sat by the pond where she can hear endless chants and voices of enchantresses addressing the concerns of their people.
