As I watched how Lucius stormed after Titus, I couldn’t understand why both of them thought that acting like children at their age was okay.

Then, I remembered the doctor’s words and cursed under my breath. That man-child was supposed to stay on bed rest, not chase his best friend around.

Slowly, I set everything I was holding down and walked towards the door. Only I couldn’t leave since a woman with an ugly scowl on her face blocked my way out. At this point, I didn’t have to be a genius to know this had to be Mathilda.
