Chapter Sixty-One

Elsa's POV

"We were attacked on our way to the Silver Moon Pack," the guard yelled. "We didn't expect any of that and the men that attacked us are certainly not from that Pack. They're a group of Rogues and some other people that we couldn't identify. We did our best to fight them off but they were much bigger than us and we also didn't travel with much weapons, just so it wouldn't look like we wanted a war with the Silver Moon Pack."

"Damn it!" I cursed in frustration. If only they knew that they'd be attacked, they'd probably have gone with more men and more weapons but those things normally stayed hidden until it was too late.

"What of the Alpha? He's still alive, right?" Prince Murray asked. I thought he was uninterested. It was good to know that he did care about what was going on.

"He's alive, my Prince, but he's in a very critical state," the guard replied. "He's currently in a very critical state so we hope to get to the Pack healer on time. We cannot lo
