Murray's POV

"You challenge me?" He chuckled, shaking his head. "You don't mean that, do you?"

I stood my ground and let my eyes do the talking. "Wait, you're serious. You are really challenging me to a fight!"

He turned and faced his elders whose mouths were agape and then returned his gaze to me with a cheeky smile on his face.

He bit his lower lip with his gaze fixated on me. I could tell he was thinking of what to do at that point. It dawned on him that his position as the Alpha of the Pack was in jeopardy and in front of him was the most formidable foe that he'd have ever faced.

Although he tried to hide it with a fake smile, I could see in his eyes that he was scared. Need I blame him? He had to be scared. He had been challenged by the Prince of the strongest Pack in the realm. Of course, he had to be afraid.
