Chapter Fifty-Five

Elsa's POV

We walked out of the garden without looking back as Melissa kept yelling cuss words at us. She didn't hold back at all, but we didn't care either. She could bark all she wants, as long as she didn't lay a hand on me again.

It felt great to not be a servant anymore; to be able to move around the Pack as freely as I want without anyone having to bother me or anything like that.

I missed cooking though. I missed it a lot, but I was better off without it. At least, I could very easily cook if I ever felt like it, not because I was obliged to but because I wanted to. That kind of freedom was something that I had never experienced in my life but here I was, watching it happen before my very eyes all thanks to Murray.

"Perhaps," I thought. "Things were beginning to go in my favour. The Goddess must have decided to smile at me, or maybe she was just playing games. Only time could tell.

Prince Murray led me to the training ground and there, we sat to rest
