ZANE’S POV

“I’m sorry to interrupt your honeymoon, but we have a serious problem and as I speak to you, Anna at the party right now, but we can’t openly make a move because the guests would suspect it is because of what she did at Maeve’s failed Luna ceremony and think she was telling the truth back then,” Khal said immediately I picked the call making me to sigh.

“And that would cause a controversy. You know what? Just let her be. Let her enjoy the party for the main time. I’ll be there shortly,” I responded and ended the call.

“What’s wrong?” Maeve asked me, already getting a hint that we had a problem. I explained everything Khal told me to her and wanted to quickly dress up.

It was then I realized that I forgot to bring in the clothes I packed back in the pack house for us. I facepalmed and just when I was about to tell Maeve that I forgot to bring clean clothes, I received a text from Khal.

“Oh and I dropped the clean clothes you forgot in the pack house at the door of the room
