ShawnTwo months have passed. In those two months Beth has moved in, helping Abbigail with the pregnancy. Also in these past two months, Abbigail has formed a noticeable bump and no longer suffers from nausea or dizziness. Last week I had my cast removed and today I was able to return to work. AbbigailI don't know about the others, but hearing Shawn say what she did to Shelby made me emotional. I found my way to Shawn after we agreed to take the dog and went in her arms. My stomach stopped me from getting the tight embrace I wanted, but I could still reach to breathe in that vanilla and lavender scent on her neck. AbbigailBeth and I took turns making love to Shawn. It helped distract her from her PTSD and she was able to fall asleep after a nice relaxing bath. ShawnIt's been a month since we moved into our new home. It's been as long since I passed my detective's exam and joining the homicide squad. I told my captain before I took the exam that Abbigail I were getting married in August and that I was taking her to Ireland for our honeymoon. I was at my first scene, wearing a new suit and a bulletproof vest. It was a body dump on the edge of private property. The property owner has motion detectors around his property and said it was triggered early this morning. Thinking it was a bunch of kids messing around, he came to give them a warning when he found the body.I knew right away that the murder didn't take place here. ShawnI woke the next morning to Abbigail stroking the scar on my shoulder from the night I almost died. Beth was trying to calm her down and wasn't able to. I sit up, wrapping my arms around her.
