"You look like a city hunter." I smiled. "Or did you go hunting?"

He arced his head at me and let out a quiet laugh.

"No." He replied. "I had an impromptu meeting with the chairman."

"But you're the chairman." Adrian murmured.

I looked from Adrian to Ian, confused at the sudden piece of information I just received.

He's a chairman? I thought.

He turned towards him and blinked, "I'm talking about the incumbent chairman, Mr Trevor." He said calmly and coolly.

He nodded. "You went to the agency dressed in that?"

"Yeah." He muttered lowly. "What's wrong with it?"

"Nothing."

"I was with mom when I got the call," he started, "and just like you, I was too lazy to change my clothes."

"Ah, I see." He placed the empty rice bowl on the table. "You didn't run into your haters." He winked.

He smirked. "As a matter of fact, I did run into some of them."
