I couldn’t let her go alone to her office, Ares wouldn’t quit whining once he seen how upset she was so I relented and we went after her. The initial shock I had seeing a burn caused by her bare hands paled in comparison to the pure static electricity radiating around her as she stormed off, it was as if she was leaving a trail in her wake. I couldn’t fathom the way she was feeling right now since nobody has filled her in on a damn thing, she says she’s not a shifter but humans do not get hot enough to burn anything let alone hot enough to cause permanent damage to a shifters skin. It made no sense to me why it happened but yet it did and instead of being able to help her figure out this world she has unknowingly been living in for the last 10 years, now I want to help her figure out what she is.
