Chapter 45

ANGEL

I had been stuck in my head since I woke up. The dream that I had was amazing.

The summer sun was shining down on me as I was unloading a picnic basket. Grant dropped down behind me and kissed his mark. I felt him smile against my skin when we heard two sets of giggles.

Gabriel was chasing two small pups through the grass. The little boy looked just like my mates, and the little girl looked just like me. They could not have been older than three.

“Mama, Little Alpha Emerson won the race against Little Alpha Mia. They’re going to race again after lunch,” Gabriel declared.

Grant and I clapped our hands as our pups came rushing over and jumping on us.

It felt so real. I was not certain if it was just a dream though. If those were our future pups, it looked like we would not wait very long before getting pregnant. There were many factors that would play into the right timing though. We still had school, would be taking over the pack soon, and had an upcoming war to worry
