6-Reluctant Marriage Registration

Samuel was waiting for her at the registration center's entrance when she arrived.

She noticed Samuel's valiant form, his spirits high, and his eyes bright when she looked up.

Samuel saw her arriving and rushed over to hold her arm.

"Excuse me, Mr Samuel, Please don't block my path." Letitia grumbled angrily.

"You look so pale, are you not well?" Samuel asked, not moving out of the way, but coming a little closer.

Being so close, Letitia smelt the faint scent of cedar coming from him and her body unconsciously moved closer and the discomfort lessened.

The physiological dependence made her otherwise raw tone sound a little awkward: "No need for Mr Samuel to worry about my condition, I'm perfectly fine." Having said that, she forced herself to take a step back.

Samuel gave a laugh, the cedar scent a little stronger, more soothing.Instead of speaking, he looked at her with an intense and passionate look, as if he were looking at some exotic animal.

Letitia touched her face suspiciously:
