Kimberly:

After Vanessa and I talked about what was going on with her, I advised her to go talk to her parents about her situation with Leo but she was adamant that she still needed time to process things.

I asked her where she was currently staying and she'd told me that it was a hotel downtown.

We were currently rearranging my room and it was turning out better than I thought.

"Okay, I'm just going to say it. This is slain," Rebecca said as she stepped away from the wall that she had just painted.

I looked over at her side of the wall and was beyond impressed, "our, I didn't know you could draw!" I remarked, stepping away from my wall to go look at the painting of a garden on my wall.

"I dabbled in it in fifth grade.* She shrugged like it wasn't the most beautiful painting I've seen in a while.

"That looks way better than a fifth-grader-level painting," Vanessa said. She had a little paint on her face. I tried to remove it but ended up making it worse.
