Fernando's POV

"I have to say that this will prove to be a profitable investment in the future, Mr Alvarez." Santos, my attorney, commented as he flipped through the pages of the business proposal detailing the impending partnership between Lucas and I.

"Of course," Lucas boasted. "I don't intend on filling a basket with water. I need to make gains, and I mean massive gains with this business."

"That's true," I nodded, retrieving my pen after perusing the contents of the proposal one more time.

"Are you ready to sign now, sir?" Lucas's attorney, a young man whose name I had forgotten, inquired.

"Yes,"

"Very well then," He muttered, before getting up to stand beside me while I imprinted my signature on the dotted lines.

"Here you go," I uttered, recapping my pen and placing it in the drawer.

Lucas seemed thrilled as he eagerly shook hands with me. "Thanks a lot, man. I will make sure that you'd never have any cause to regret investing in my club."
