Chapter 29 – Dylan's plans

Gabriel loved the way her countenance proved how guilty she was, and he was enjoying it a lot. He observed the redness around her ears and how she was trying to suddenly avoid his gaze.

Gabriel had only guessed but once again realized it was the truth. He could not imagine the reason she sent that message to Dylan when she claimed to love him.

Gabriel shook his head at the mystery surrounding Maeve, not able to put a finger on what she was up to.

“Can we get something to eat? I’m starving.”
