Chapter 30- The Operation

He was dressed in his dark suit and was made to wait in the living room while she got ready to go to the courthouse. In just under two hours he would be a married man. While she was in the shower he packed a small bag for them and had put it in the trunk of his car. He turned his head when he heard her enter the room. His heart skipped a beat when he saw her, she was the most beautiful woman on the planet he thought to himself.

“So how do I look?”

“Way too beautiful for me. I can’t believe that you agreed to marry me,” he said, walking over he touched the side of her face. “You’re perfect, I love you.”

“I’m not perfect now stop talking and kiss me.”

“You’re bossy, but I love it,” he said, giving her a deep and passionate kiss.

They arrived at the courthouse the same time Howard did and walked in together.

“Are you sure you want to get married this way? We could wait and have the big wedding of your dreams.”
