I trailed my hands down his chest and he groaned. My hands held the covers and he gripped them tightly. Sparks erupted in my body at the touch. He groaned lowly and flipped us over. He kissed my mark lightly and I moaned. He sucked earnestly against my mark as I wrapped my legs around his waist and bucked against me. He ripped the shirt of me and sucked against my collarbone.

Few eyes turned to us in interest. I shuffled nervously on my feet. I tried to tug my arm but he held on firmly."You're hurting me" I said lowly knowing he heard me. Shouts erupted at the table. A few slammed their hands on the table in disbelief. I heard things like: a halfbreed for queen? Others called me a common slave. Two days had gone by since the challenge was issued. I hadn't left my room in those two days and nobody had come to check up on me. There was a dull ache in my abdomen today and I felt a bit feverish. The door lock clicked and the door was pushed open. Jairus entered with a smile on his face."You haven't come out for two days""What's the point?" he sat on my bed."The duel is in two weeks""Why is it far away?""So you have time to prepare""There's no point. I woke up feeling exhausted. There was a mild burning between my legs and if it wasn't quenched, it would turn into an inferno. I reached for Thane but his spot was empty. Training with Eridian had been going well. I learnt a few tricks from him but I was yet to beat him. His speed and strength gave him an edge over me.
