Today, a gloomy day, the sky is filled with clouds and the wind is blowing hard. Xevia ran through the dark forest, trying to avoid the pursuing old wolf behind her. Her bare feet made no sound on the damp mossy ground, but she knew that the big wolf was gaining steadily on her with every step she took. She’d been running since the sun went down; all of yesterday.The woods around them were thick and dense, a place that could hide anything. Even though it was dark now, she could still see the huge tree trunks in every direction, some almost twice as tall as a human being.
