KIARA'S POV

"Won't you tell me already?" Mila asks, her eyeballs staring directly at mine.

It was so embarrassing to me that I can't even remember vividly what happened last night. His face—I might not be able to tell if I see him again.

"Forget it, Mila, have you forgotten about our pinkie swear not to talk about this again?"

"Mmm," she sighed.

We walk down the not-too-busy asphalt road that leads to our house quietly. Mila's apartment is just a stone's throw from mine.
