22. Loss

Anjani's death had left Andien with an overwhelming sadness. Andien had expected Kenan to give her an explanation for Alinda's visit to the hospital, but there was no way she could force Kenan without telling him who she really was.

"I suggest you admit to Kenan that you're Andien," Hana advised Andien when she visited her apartment.

"What for?" Andien asked bitterly.

"As Andien, you can see Kenan and Alinda's reaction," Hana replied.

"I doubt it. I just think that Kenan is making me suffer even more with his revenge mission," Andien replied quietly.

"What have you gained so far as Angela? Owning Kenan's company or being Kenan's rival?" Hanna asked again.

Andien sighed. Andien admitted that the satisfaction she felt was only temporary. Kenan was a big businessman, the small turmoil in his company was easily brushed aside.

"As Andien you can avenge Kenan as you wish. At least you will fight openly and fairly," Hanna suggested.
