24. The hatred was still there.

While Andien was in the room, Kenan had been up earlier and was preparing breakfast in the kitchen.

Kenan's movements were so casual, as if he was used to it. His usual neat appearance now looked untidy, but attractive.

A broad grin played on his lips as Kenan remembered the state he was in when he woke up. His sore knees from hitting the leg of the table and his stiff body from sleeping on the floor were among the reasons he woke up.

"God, how did I end up on the floor?" Kenan complained as he held his hand over his sore neck.

Since Andien had left, Kenan had never really let go. Through his messengers, Kenan always monitored Andien's every action and deed while he was abroad. One of them was the man who had annoyed Andien on the plane.

"Even though you've made me sleep on the floor, at least you still care about me, Andien," Kenan muttered with satisfaction.
