Chapter 90

Ozias' Point of View

Alvara finding out that her pack was still alive left us all scrambling for some answers. Mason had remained in the cellar, even with Alvara's persistent protests. Ciaran had still deemed him a flight risk and until Mason proved otherwise, he would stay confined to the cellar. Alvara had gone to sleep early last night after spending the rest of the day with Albert.

From her mood during dinner, I knew she wasn't completely taking the news of her being an Alpha all that well. Albert had seemed to lift her spirits slightly. The rest of us were on thin ice after Ciaran had declared Mason a flight risk. She wasn't happy at all.

Our plans will have to change. We could no longer engage in open combat with Half-Moon. Conflict could lead to civilians losing their lives. Civilians that now belonged to our stubborn mate. It was a beautiful Saturday morning and Alvara refused to get out of her room.

Plus she’s been hiding the fact that she’s been sneaking felix in! I think it’s wrong that she’s purposely hiding that from the alpha or beta of the pack she is in. That felix can be a potential big problem for the pack!!
