EMBERLYNN’S POV

“Your phone was ringing non-stop, I had to tell whoever that you were away”, Aria says from the bed.

Surprised more at the fact that she was talking to me than the fact she picked my call, I turn to her.

“What?” I say and she looks up from her phone surprised.

“I can’t take your calls now too?” she says looking offended, I quickly shake my head.

“No! You’re speaking to me! I mean I knew you weren’t angry with me but you kind of went into that shell like the first time”, I say awkwardly moving towards her.

She shrugs and looks back at her phone, “You were making a bad decision and you weren’t listening to all the advice I was giving, I was pissed but as you pointed out, you're not a child, so basically now I'm like whatever”, she says.
