Noah and I sat at the table talking for ages, but I knew the reality of the situation. I knew that I needed to get home. Before my dad realized that I was gone. I snuck back up to my room once I was finished in the office and I made sure that there was no trace of me in the office. And I definitely printed out those correspondences from dad to Elias. But the only thing I could find was all the praise that he was getting in the human world for all the good deeds that he had done for people. All the charities that he was involved with and the schools that he donated money to in poverty stricken neighborhoods. He looked like a real saint on paper, but that was about it.
