Solana's POV

Days went by doing the same routine every day.

Waking up. Going to store. Going home. Sleeping. Waking up again.

My days revolve around that same routine but I am not complaining.

Yes, I admit sometimes it feels lonely but at least it is peaceful.

I am slowly healing the pain and heaviness inside my heart.

"You're coming right?"

My forehead creased when I heard Kris's question until I realized that it was her birthday today.

"Yes of course!"

I feel guilty that I almost forgot her birthday. It's still a bit early so maybe I can still buy her a gift.

Kris will be mad at me if I forgot her birthday for sure.

"I'll come to your condo later," I said acting like I didn't forget her birthday at all.

"It will be held at a newly opened club. Neon Lights, Solana. I will pick you up at 9:00 PM," she said so I guess I have no choice.

I don't want to do parties anymore but it's Kris's birthday and I can't just simply decline her invitation I am sure she will hold it against me if I do
