Chapter Sixty

I stare at my image from the large vanity mirror. Jake brought two makeup artists to get my makeover done and right now I can't believe that this is actually me. I look so different and I never knew I'm this pretty. Though I tried to be happy, it is just so difficult. I'm still thinking about what Jake's aunt said. Could she be right? Did mum actually kill Jake's parents? No, I will never believe such. I don't have to trust that woman.

"You look so beautiful ma'am," one of the makeup artists complimented me and I smiled.

"Thank you," I beam out.

Is this a dream or what ..... Like real, I will be going out with Jake tonight. It's so pleasurable.

My room door flung open and Jake walked in. I saw him through the mirror. The make-up artists bowed and left the room immediately.

I was thrown into nervousness as usual, I stared at his handsome face through the mirror. He is dressed like a cool gentleman, he is in all white attire and he dyed his hair gold allowing it to fall over
