Chapter Thirty-Three

Looking back on his many - many - years of his existence, looking back on his childhood and how he was raised, Zanier knew full well that he was not a man of emotions. He refused to let his emotions dictate his choices in life as his father taught him five thousand years ago. To this day his father's voice still echoes in his memory; "Son, never allow your emotions to chose for you. Emotions are for the weak and a King cannot be weak when he rules over his people." And for most of his life he ignored his emotions and ruled his people with an iron heart, following his logic and morals that guided him to be a greater King than his father. But there have been rare times in his life when he followed his heart, sought from his emotions and made choices that his father would never have done. For instance, his beautiful wife: a loving, caring, stubborn and strong willed woman who has a fiery attitude.
