Amelia ran all the way to their new house.

Darren followed her in his wolf form.

It was pretty crazy to laugh and run in the heavy rain with a huge wolf running after her. Whoever saw it might think she had lost her mind, but Amelia felt genuinely happy.

Apart from that mysterious vampire original, everything went smoothly. She had already figured out what Ian was up to. All she needed to do now was to set up a trap, and then wait for Ian to appear.

She was eager to snap Ian’s neck with her own hands. But before that, she wouldn’t for/bid herself from enjoying life.
