I was utterly short of words when I saw her in that enticing dress, the blue one. My reaction at that time was beyond my control. I am a man anyways, and I am bound to react accordingly when I see something good. I was aware of the flirtation gazes from the men at the meetup.

I didn't like the way I'm daring myself to be soft with her. To be nice to her but I don't want to. I don't need to. She doesn't need it. I don't deserve it. I ain't implying self-pity but this isn't me who promised myself to be far from her, as much as possible. I knew it and it started that morning.

I did many indefensible and unjustifiable things to her just for my parents to make her leave but they wouldn't bugde. They didn't listen to me. They love her and believe she was the lucky charm that saved them when they almost went bankrupt.
