Hopeless

Allie's POV

His bitter expression resolved a bit when he outspread his eyes, but I was still internally trembling.

"Do you have any idea of the pressure you had just hooked me to?" he asks and grind his teeth angrily.

"You don't want to be with me, fine. You want me to date someone else, fine. But don't you think making false announcements is way too much? You humiliated me in front of my staff (Monica) at dinner yesterday. I didn't care about pride and continued to try, Allie."

"At least if you tell me what I can do or how you feel towards me. I will know my direction to your heart whether the lane is rough or smooth. As long as there is a lead. It's enough. I would know I have hope. You refuse to tell me what you wanted and continue to be silly. What you told my parents is erroneous and inaccurate." he proceeds spewing and pouring out his mind.
