Chapter thirty seven

After what felt like ages, Alexander made his way to his room. He was bone tired from sitting at his desk for eight hours straight without food or water. His wolf was getting restless as he paced in his head.

He thought of ways of going to the forest as his brows creased with thought.

Going to the forest for a run was equivalent to missing a lot of work which will result in more workload. The assignment Nicklaus had been sent off to was about a pack that needed some form of guidance.

Their Alpha was killed by his son and according to the werewolf laws, that was against their rules and he needed to be punished. And that left them with no leader.

A lot of people had come up for the position and with the way Nicklaus had explained to him, none were fit for that position.

He had a lot going on in his pack and coupled with that pack, his workload had increased tremendously as he sought out ways to bring peace back onto the pack.
